Vision
We are building the first project with minimal external moderation and community self-governance — a forum where attention is paid in pizza. HungryFace "eats" some pizza for reading, joining or promoting, and the rest goes to community authors. Pizza can be earned through useful content or bought in the Pizzeria — a creator economy without pay-to-win.
Why it works
- • Publishing and moderation remain in the hands of communities.
- • Same 30/70 model for all monetizations.
- • Every action is a ledger entry with a receipt.
Community-first
Communities decide for themselves: external moderation is minimal, rules are born locally.
Earn or buy — no pay-to-win
Pizza accelerates the start, but content quality remains the decisive factor for reach.
Transparent rules
Balance thresholds, receipts and limits are clear upfront. Every pizza has a route.
Creator economics
70% of entry and reading fees go to the community. 30% supports HungryFace.
Safe P2P
Pizza escrow, protection from farming, and disputes without toxicity.
Phase 0
Prologue
RU launch without staking or slashing, basic communities and monetization of reading/joining.
- Registration, posts, comments, pizza limits for reading and joining.
- 30/70 model, daily reward pool for contribution.
- Goal: 1,000 users, 10 active communities, 30% of authors monetizing access.
Phase 1
Pizzeria 1.0 and P2P
Pizza purchase packages and task marketplace via escrow. Bounties and service showcases inside communities.
- Transparent receipts in the store.
- P2P deals for pizza and bounty showcases.
- Goal: ≥300 deals/month, average join fee ≥ 5 pizza.
Phase 2
Flexible thresholds and reading rations
Authors set their own pizza thresholds for reading and joining, and users see exactly where pizza goes.
- Healthy value hints, daily reading pass.
- UI "Hungry Face eats 3, author gets 7".
- Goal: view → join conversion ≥ 10%, daily pass in 40% of communities.
Phase 3
Staking and slashing
Pizza stake for posts and comments, returned when rules are followed, penalized when violated.
- Anti-noise, less spam and toxicity.
- Goal: complaints/1000 impressions -40%, stake return > 90%.
Phase 4
Boosts and feed protection
Paid boosts for reach, auto-refund of remainder on negative reaction, activity caps.
- 20% of authors use boosts without increasing toxicity.
Phase 5
Creator economics 2.0
Courses, closed threads, access bundles and service showcases. Pizza becomes a full creator currency.
- ≥100 active courses, author revenue growth 30% q/q.
Phase 6
Pizza token and DEX
Bridge between in-platform pizza and token, DEX listing and safe governance.
- 1:1 conversion or converter with buffers, liquidity pools.
Phase 7
EN expansion
Localization for international communities and moderator grants. RU/EN core balance 50/50.
- Pizza grants for top moderators, 10 flagship EN communities.
